Joe Stikl started out business about a month and a half ago. Joe has already progressed quickly through the entry level and is on his way to building a set of skills that will help him to be a successful manager in the future. Learning to teach skills to others, Joe has not taken any detours on his way to his goals.
Joe has a strong athletic background and chose to pursue football into his college years. He played at Whitewater along side his brother and continues to build upon the work ethic he developed as a result. Joe was responsible for running two meetings amongst his peers this week, the same people who noticed his extra efforts and voted him Leader of the Week. Each week, one Account Manager who is stepping up their game is voted and recognized by the others as Leader of the Week.
