Kaitlin Pavlik- Account Manager of the Week...again! Her peers voted her top leader in our office this week. Kaitlin also received top honors for the Leadership position in front of the entire organization at the National Conference in Atlanta.  One Top Leader pin was awarded for an office of 25 people.  The pin acknowledges the hard work and progression someone has made in the business and has been awarded to future managers in the past.

Kaitlin continues to set the bar and example of what the next manager looks like and acts like. Great Job!

Fun Fact: Kaitlin loves travel. The photo above is of Kaitlin at the most recent Kentucky Derby!

Hotlanta

The Atlanta Conference was a great opportunity for our top Account Managers to rub elbows with others and practice networking skills on a larger scale.  The group traveled together and came back with a better understanding of our business and where it can lead them.  Workshops were held at the conference and were run by people setting the bar in that particular topic.  Team building and management were some of the subjects of the groups.

The information in mind and conference behind them, KD Concepts is ready to continue setting the standard as a top office.

Bags Dogs and Brats!

Last night the team gathered around the Weber Grill where Scott was in charge of the tongs. The grill marks on the dogs and brats were proof they were done. The team filled up and played bags in between trips to the grill.  Each week, an Account Manager is put in charge of office night.  Every Thurs. the office gets together and hangs out.  Kaitlin and Scott put together a great night and continue to show why they are in their current positions, Account Manager of the Week and Assistant Manager. -Cheers

The Fourth was a Blast!!

The KD Concepts Crew came together from all ends of the Milwaukee area and celebrated the Fourth on Bradford Beach. We played volleyball and threw a Nerf Vortex football from one end of the beach to the other.  Kaitlin spiked the ball so hard over the net she knocked off Rudy's beard.

The scent of Hawaiian Tropic filled the air and so did sounds of laughter.  Forgetting there was no salt in the water, we felt like we were in an exotic location rather than on the shore of Lake Michigan.  : )P
