The Hamptons!

Kristy Duprey may be in the Hamptons at the point but knows her business is in the capable hands of her assistant manager Jake.  Her top office is functioning without missing a beat while she spends time with the higher ups in the business. Top managers were invited to travel to upstate NY and enjoy the fine life.  (Kristy started in the Entry level of the management training program and now is a top ranked manager)

Last Week's Leader of the Week, Apologies for Tardiness...

Congratulations to Tim for once again being voted leader of week last week, Tim’s peers have voted him as someone who goes above and beyond in his work. Tim is constantly pushing both him and his peers towards excellence.

Tim joined the Army at age 17 prior to attending UW Milwaukee, where he learned the importance of hard work and perseverance. Tim’s favorite sport is Tennis which he attributes his completive spirit to. In his free time Tim enjoys spending time with his Dog, Twitch and Cooking.

Tim’s long term goals are to one day open his office in L.A and one day to be able to travel to London. 

Once again Great Job Tim! Keep up the hard work!

Leader of the Week, Ryan Johnson

Highlighted Leader of the week, Congrats Ryan!

Ryan has been voted leader of the week by his peers because of his effort and hard work. Ryan likes to strive for excellence in himself and helps others to see it in themselves. He is setting the pace in the management-training program while his tenacity to be the best earns the respect of his peers.

Ryan is from East Troy, WI, and is an alum of UW Stevens Point here he majored in Psychology. Ryan is a huge sports fan and played many sports in both high school and College. Ryan enjoys travel and is an avid Harry Potter fan. In his spare time he likes to relax and watch movies with his loving girlfriend. 

The most important thing he feels he has gained from his time at KD Concepts are the friendships he has made. KD Concepts has taught Ryan many lessons, most importantly being responsible. 

Ryan has a professional of getting promoted to Assistant Manager by July 4^th of this year and looks forward to opening his own office. 

Once again, Great Job Ryan and thank you for all of your hard work!

BBQ Yum!!!

Tomorrow is that day of the week again where everyone gets together outside the office to hang out, yup, office night. It's going to be a BBQ at Ryan's place in Milwaukee. We'll play bags and hang out as we grill up some goodies during the night.  Good times.....

Meet Our New Leader: Phuntasha

Phuntasha is alum of both Hamilton High School and Lake Side where she majored in Business and Massage therapy. In her free time Phuntasha likes to spend time with her family and friends. 

Phuntasha’s main goal is success. She is working to be successful in everything she does, and to provide a brighter future for her sons.  In life, Phuntasha has learned how to keep a positive attitude and always set goals for life no matter how small they are. Now that she is a leader Phuntasha wants to focus on getting better as a trainer, and being the best leader she can be!

Meet Our New Leader: Melissa

Melissa is an Illinois native where she attended Fenton high school. She played volleyball, basketball and softball, which all helped her develop her completive nature. Her sports backround has transferred to her career with KD Concepts. In her free time Melissa likes to spend time with her dogs and play video games with her friends. 

Melissa enjoys pushing towards new accomplishments and getting recognition for all oof her hard work. Melissa’s goals include paying off all of her debts, bills, and she plans on owning her home!

Melissa felt that her biggest struggle in entry level was overthinking and letting herself get in her own way.  “I had a tendency to overcomplicate things,” she said. Now that she is a leader Melissa wants to focus on organization and keeping her goals in sight.

The Weather Outside's....

Perfect for grilling! It's finally time to get outdoors and shed the layers. This time we all will know exactly where the BBQ aromas are coming from!  Every Thurs. night we get together for "Office Night" to participate in an event outside the office.  Ryan Johnson has earned the opportunity to organize the gang this week.  Thurs. night plans include: Bags, Brats, Burgers, and adult sodas : )  Everyone here is excited to spend some extra time with one another, especially if it includes a grill. Good Times....

Annie Cairo, Leader of the Week!

Leader of The Week Highlight: Annie!

Congratulations to Annie who was voted Leader of the week this past week. Annie's tenacious work ethic has gained her recognition from her peers for a second time in her three months with the company.

Annie grew up in Geneva IL, thirty miles West of Chicago. After high school, she moved to Wisconsin where she attended Carthage College in Kenosha. She graduated with a major in Marketing and Minors in Spanish and Public Relations. Annie has always fed her competitive nature using sports like Volleyball, Basketball, and Track  as outlets.

She channeled all of her competitive energy into her current position as a Top Account Rep at KD Concepts.

She enjoys working for KD Concepts because it is a merit based company, which motivates her to be the best. The friendly work environment of the office has helped her to develop meaningful relationships with her coworkers inside and outside the office!

Annie's long term goals include owning a home in Italy and running a top office of her own!

Kentucky Derby!! Heeeyahhh

Kristy and two Account Reps will be attending the Kentucky Derby Sat. Annie and John have been showing all the right moves and have to travel with our #1 ranked manager! Mint Julips and big hats are in order. Have fun guys!
