Account Manager of the week, TIm Spehert

Tim has been setting the pace with his hard work and dedication to his goals.  Tim has been absolutely crushing it as others in the office try to keep up. Tim served in the Army in his early years and credits that for much of his discipline today. He has also been known to be a great cook. His favorite thing to cook is Alfredo Chicken Lasagna! Did you even know that was possible?  We all can't wait to try it.

KD Concepts was honored on several occasions this past weekend.  Top managers and account managers were in attendance at the Regional conference held in Chicago. Kristy Duprey, owner of KD Concepts, top honors included: The Consistency Award for our campaign, A Top Rookie Club Award for Kristy Duprey, Pen Club, and an Invitation to Rising Star! All of our hard work has been recognized and rewarded.

Top Account Managers received recognition as well. Ryan Johnson, Tim Spehert, John Jones and Mike Paulson all received top performer awards as well.  Congratulations on upholding high standards.

Regional Conference!

This Sat. offices from around the country will gather and network among other things in Chicago.  In addition, top leaders will get information that will push them to yet another level. A formal dinner and award ceremony for top managers on various campaigns will be held after the break out sessions.  Everyone will be in their best suit or cocktail dress as KD Concepts will be well represented. Stat tuned for updates.

The Grand Rapids Gang Shook Things UP!

This week we had a couple different groups visiting see our market and Management Training program.  The Grand Rapids gang has stayed for the entire week and will head back this evening.  Whenever there are Reps in town from a different market, it's a great opportunity to network and learn.

Memorable Moments:

"The" Dean Baker, Grand Rapids MI was impressed with the State Fair Corn Dogs available at the local Pick and Save.

Greg Blunden, Grand Rapids MI was a huge fan of dueling pianos at Lucille's in the Old Third Ward.

Kevin McDevitt, Kalamazoo MI  developed professionally and has moved closer to his goal of Account Management.

Making some moves!

Jake is an assistant manager for the time being.  In a couple weeks he will venture off on his own to open his own office with the guidance of Kristy.  Jake started the management training program a year and a half ago and now will apply all the skills he has acquired in that time.  Congratulations Jake. We look forward to your future accomplishments keeping in mind the ones from the past!

Office Night!!

We have some out of town visitors this week!! Office trips are visiting this week to find out what is going well! We are heading to Lucille's downtown Thurs. to show them a great time!  We'll all cut loose and get to know one another over the course of the night! Good times!

Ryan is our newest Assistant Manager at KD Concepts! Ryan hit the criteria set for our merrit-based Management Training Program. Ryan has been working hard to get to his goal and now has his eye on Management in the near future. We look forward to seeing what's next for Ryan. Great job!

Grant Park Leader's Event...Tons of fun!

Top Account Managers from KD Concepts gathered for friendly competition and fun on Sun. July 7th. Melissa and Tazha organized the event and did a great job making sure everyone had a full belly and a great time. Family and friends were welcome and several were in attendance. The crew played a huge game of Kickball, a three legged race, egg toss, water balloon fight, and a pinata'! Everyone brought a dish to pass and the grill was cooking. Great job Melissa and Tazha!

What's New and Exciting?!!

• Assistant Manager Jake Elsner has neared completion of the Management Training Program and has an open date!  His location he chose is New Orleans, Louisiana.
•  Our newest administrator Myles has been training and doing well in his new position.
• KD Concepts has been ranked #1 in the nation out of 94 offices!
• On July 7th, account managers will hang out with family and friends at Grant Park.  They will compete in the following: bobbing for apples, a three legged race, smashing a pinata, and volleyball. The grill will be ablaze and account managers will be bringing a dish to pass.
• Our Regional conference is going to be the last weekend in July!

Late start Friday!?

Being Merrit-Based, the KD Concepts crew will be striving to hit goals as a team.  When the common goal is met, business will start later than usual on Friday as a reward. We work hard and play hard.

Life after the beach...

The Beach was phenomenal over the weekend.  Account Managers headed out to Bradford beach for Sunday funday!  Good times were had by all! Throwing the football around and pretending Lake Michigan was an ocean... Everyone is looking a little bit rosier in the face on this Mon. Good times.  We all the forward to the fourth!
