Leaders Event, Redneck Rocktober!!

Our top Account Managers are going to organize and assemble a paintball field/ campsite.  Priscilla is volunteering her family's gigantic backyard and Ben will volunteer his paintball guns.  A small group will go over to Priscilla's this Sun. to set up the paintball field and prepare the camping area. Charity Events!

Operation Smile is going to be the first charity on the list.  In the afternoon on the 5th of October, the KD Concepts crew will get together to raise money for the well known organization.  Operation Smile is a charity that corrects cleft pallets in third world countries.  All it takes is $250 to fund the surgery.  As an office, KD Concepts has pledged to raise $1,000 to help Operation Smile by the end of the year.

Bowling!!!

This Thurs will be yet another office night.  Bowlero will host the KD Concepts crew and their friends and family. Office night is once a week and open to everyone at KD Concepts along with their friends and families.

Green Bay Tailgating!!

This past Sunday, some of the KD Crew cruised up to Green Bay to tailgate. A Green Bay was their reward as well as beer, brats, and buddies. They made new friends and came back with great stories from the old ones.

Girls road trip!

Girls in the Office

The girls are out of town this week. They will spend time together working in a different market; as a team, bonding, and having fun. They are excited to work together outside the office. 

The girls plan on working as a team because they know they can accomplish more as one. Larry Bird said, “Leadership is getting players to believe in you.” While Anthony Rizzo says, “I will respect the limits of my experience but that won’t stop me from trying to lead by example of my work. Being a good teammate and picking them up on and off the field is a simple goal of mine.” Both of these quotes go hand in hand, as to how the girls plan on spending time together this week. Everyone always has something they can learn from one another as learning and teaching each other as morning meetings will be common. Have a great time girls! 

Office Night Thurs!

This Thurs. is going to be another opportunity to hang out as an office.  We'll be competing in a Survivor style event organized by Ryan and Ben.  Each week, another top account rep takes a crack at making the current office night even better than the last.  Stay tuned for details.
